The Court of Appeal in Calgary, AB recently overturned eight (8) significant errors of law in both substance and procedure on the part of Mr. Justice John T. McCarthy (photo above) at the Court of Queen's Bench in Calgary, AB, regarding best interests of a child, and he remains uninvestigated. Mr. Justice J.T. McCarthy committed perjury and he aided and abetted in crimes being committed under the Criminal Code of Canada.

"A large segment of Alberta Judges are operating unconstitutionally and violating all our rights on an ongoing basis and are unchecked with zero oversight from Chief Justice Wittmann and the Canadian Judicial Council.
4 elements of abuse are:
a) Judicial Deference - meaning; we are expected to show and display and respect to them but they can disrespect us with impunity!
b) Judicial Discretion - meaning; If they do not like you they can take sides regardless of the law, facts or evidence
c) Judicial Independence - meaning; they are untouchable and above the law no matter how they conduct themselves.
d) Judicial Immunity - meaning; no matter how bad judges are in the courtroom i.e. call you derogatory names, make slanderous remarks etc. they can hide behind their cloak of protection of their appointed position, gown and gavel."  (Writer: Anonymous)
